If your child was picked up at Chicago O'Hare, Chicago Midway, or Indianapolis airports, his or her counselor will ask for their travel documents, such as passports, visas, and return airline tickets upon their arrival on campus. These documents will be sealed in an envelope and stored for safekeeping in the Transportation Office. Please note: if you are picking up your child at the end of camp, please be sure to ask your child's counselor for these documents. The Transportation Office will return all travel documents for campers flying home as they board the bus to the airport.
Left Over Medications
The Woodcraft Dispensing Center is located in the back of the Orthwein Dining Hall with its entrance facing the parking lot. On Thursday, July 28, the dispensing nurse will give most Woodcrafters any remaining medications to take home. Please check with your child to ensure medications are packed. Woodcraft campers who have medication stored at the Health Center will need to have their medications picked up by their parent or guardian by July 30.
The Upper School Health Center is located directly southeast from the Memorial Chapel and is open 24 hours a day. Upper School parents may pick up medication at any time. Upper School students may pick up medications on Thursday or Friday, July 28 or 29.
Lost & Found
Parents who are picking up their children from camp are encouraged to visit the Lost & Found areas of their respective camps. Woodcraft Camp Lost & Found is located at Woodcraft Headquarters. Upper School Lost & Found is located at Sally Port until July 30 when it is moved to the first floor of the Naval Building.
